One of my favorite restaurants in Córdoba is QARA ARABIC CUISINE. It was one of my first discoveries when I moved to Argentina from New York City. The owner, Walid, is such an entertaining and colorful character that it only adds to the entire dining experience. The food is prepared fresh daily and has a great advantage over other Arab restaurants since QARA'S bread is not the typical pita, but rather a flatbread that is served hot!279 BOUTIQUE BED+BREAKFAST recommends QARA ARABIC CUISINE the next time you visit downtown Córdoba.
